3. Hire 1 worker
4. Build 2nd villa and upgrade twice
5. Build greenhouse and keep 200 seeds ahead
6. Trade for gold asap each time
7. Build 3-star factory
8. Hire to 20 workers
9. Build bridge
10. Repair 4 mines and shaman
11. Build a tent over on the bottom right
12. Staff 4 mines
13. Demolish the factory with 2000 supplies and build a playground.
14. Leave the greenhouse
15. Run events

Level 39

1. Repair the chalet
2. Clear the road
3. Demolish the closest tent
4. Demolish decorations
5. Build factory and upgrade twice
6. Remove oak
7. Demolish no-star tent
8. Build trailer and cabin
9. Repair shaman
10. Build 2nd cabin
11. Upgrade 2 cabins, chalet, and trailer to 3 stars
12. Add gardens
13. Demolish 2 tents
14. Build 2 chalets and upgrade  
15. Upgrade factory to 3 stars
16. Demolish last 2 tents
17. Repair trader and trade for seeds (4 times for 2400 seeds)
18. Build 2 villas and upgrade
19. Add gardens
20. Demolish factory at 2800 supplies plus (if you have the seeds)

Level 40

1. Clear road
2. Hire to 9 workers
3. Shoot pandas
4. Clear large debris piles
5. Build 3 villas as you have supplies
6. Hire workers to 11
7. Video shows upgrading of the villas but you don't need to do this
8. Build greenhouse and upgrade twice
9. Build 4th villa
10. Demolish factory and build 2 star greenhouse
11. Upgrade 1 villa to 1 star
12. Load buttons (2000 seeds each)
