Let our Infected: The Twin Vaccine Walkthrough be your guide through the abandoned town of Oxford, as you desperately search for the only known survivor of a virus that’s rapidly spreading, young Theresa Morrisey. With custom screenshots marked with key locations and clear step-by-step instructions through each chapter, you’ll have no problem eradicating the virus and putting an end to what could become a global epidemic.
Before you head out to Oxford in search of Theresa, you might want to make sure you’re equipped a little better than the main character who is supposedly a CIA agent with oodles of degrees in microbiology… but who couldn’t be bothered to bring her gun the day she entered a quarantined area with nothing but crazy people left running around in it.

Sorry… I actually really enjoyed Infected: The Twin Vaccine, but as the game progressed, my ability to suspend my believability become a bit hard pressed at times. I did love the game mechanics and the hidden object scenes were pretty superb. I loved that I wasn’t rooting around in endless piles of junk, but rather objects that I could definitely believe could be found in the area I was searching through.
But come on… really? What’s with the story as it goes on? I totally get the virus spreading through the world and such. Need to stop that global epidemic… so at one point I’m running around town trying to stop some hulking giant of a man with a creepy gas mask on with one tiny arrow from one tiny crossbow that I found in a pawn shop… am I really that stupid? What’s that going to do…annoy him to death?
Anyhow, without giving too much away, it was an enjoyable experience clawing my way through town trying to track down Theresa before who knows what happened, and the Infected: The Twin Vaccine Walkthrough will help guide you through the entire game from the first screen to the very last.
You’ll find detailed instructions and screenshots you can follow as you play, or you can choose to just take a look at the walkthrough when you need a hint through some of the more difficult spots. Have fun and don’t catch anything while you’re wandering around… you never know who’s going to sneeze on you.
